Love What You Do!!

It is said that exercise releases endorphin's. Well my view is that whatever we do, if we do it enough we start to love it. Becoming really good at it too.

I was always one who loved a good garden. I suppose once could say the fact that we moved four times in a year definitely helped. As each time I needed to restore or initiate some form of a garden. I have a trailer full of plant pots that moved with me. Even when we moved from one province to the next.

Hopefully this is our last. We are still renting the property but would love to make it our own at some stage. At our current home, I have really discovered an artistic and creative side to my personality. I am not afraid to move plants around for a better look and feel.

I am also of the opinion if a plant looks like it’s about to die, it probably is. I honestly believe that one should trust your gut. Take it out from wherever it is and move it elsewhere. Take all the dead pieces off, as no one needs that kind of negativity. Give it a handful of bounce-back and feed with super gro (from Neolife) once a week and if that does not save it, then sadly nothing will.

The one small bed had almost dead grass growing in it. I turned it into a bit of a flower bed. When the house was painted, some of my plants were pushed over to get to the bottom of the wall. One in particular was not looking so great. I took it out, broke it apart and shared some with a friend. The garden bed just did not look the same.

Then a kind soul gave me a cast iron bath, and the creative juices started to flow. So yesterday evening (after my mundane day job), I got inspired. Roped hubby in and turned a boring bed into an awesome inspiration. There is a long way to go, but it’s the start of something wonderful.

Will share my pictures once it’s all done… but look how wonderful the change has been.
